Call Sheets
The call sheet with confirmation tracking built in. Crew imports from the bid, sorted by department. Send tracked links and watch confirmations come in by name — then nudge the six who haven't.

What it does
Confirmations, by name. Tracked links show who has viewed and who has confirmed — 18 of 24 — with a nudge for the rest. Not “sent”; confirmed.
Crew from the bid. The bid's labor lines become the crew list, sorted by department. Typed once, on the bid, weeks ago.
Lunch, wrap, sun. Lunch and estimated wrap are fields on the sheet, and sunrise/sunset compute from the date and location — NOAA solar math, not a guess.
The one-pager. Hospital block, boxed general crew call, agency and client above crew. Prints portrait, like the sheet everyone tapes to the wall.
Shares that mind the crew. The public copy strips crew phone numbers; the revision label rides the header so nobody shoots off Tuesday's sheet.
The chain
The call sheet is where the upstream paperwork earns its keep: the crew comes from the bid, the day comes from the workback, and nothing gets retyped the night before.
Tracked links go out; confirmations come back to the sheet, by name.
Start with a workback — free, no account. Call Sheets is part of the Producer plan, with the rest of the chain.
