Into the bid.

The total lands on the real 2023 AICP form — lettered categories, overtime columns, and the No. column your payroll company codes back to.

Down the workback.

The dates hang off the same entry. Drag one bar and everything downstream moves — around weekends, around July 4th, never past a locked delivery.

Early access — talk to us

Questions producers ask.

Does it run on a Mac? On my phone?

It's a web app — Mac, Windows, iPad, phone, any modern browser — and it keeps working offline once it has loaded. An iOS app is on the roadmap; your account and your documents will carry over.

Does it know union rates?

No — you bring the rates. The bid form keeps the AICP line numbers straight and does the math; scale, fringes, and rate cards are your call. A rate card that's quietly out of date is worse than no rate card.

Can the agency see my internal numbers?

Only what you send. Documents print in a client edition and an internal edition, and a share link shows exactly the document you shared — nothing else in your account. The call sheet's crew-phone toggle keeps personal numbers off the copy you post publicly.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your documents stay yours. Everything lives on your machine and exports to PDF and CSV on any plan — we hold your documents, not hostages. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal.

Can my team share one account?

Producer is one producer, all devices. Shared workspaces, pooled documents, and seat management are the Production Co plan — email us for early access.

I bid in Excel. Can I bring my templates?

Line items paste in from a spreadsheet and every grid exports back out as CSV, so nothing gets trapped. The AICP A–X structure and line numbers are already built — you bring your rates and your numbers, not your formulas.

Blocked on your company network?

Some corporate web filters (Zscaler and similar) block newly registered domains by default while their category reviews catch up — nothing about the app itself. Forward this line to your IT team and they can clear it in minutes: “Please allowlist wrkbk.app — a commercial production-scheduling web app (TLS, no downloads, no trackers beyond privacy-respecting analytics).” Or write baillmarc@gmail.com and we'll send the request for you.
