Bid· AICP A–X
The 2023 AICP bid form, A to X — lettered categories, canonical line numbers, overtime columns. Not our interpretation of it. Fill it in and it prints as the form your payroll company already codes back to.
Works offline · PDF export on every plan · Part of the Producer plan

What it does
A–X, line for line. Lettered categories with the real line numbers — Line 1, Line Producer — and the No. column intact on the print. Anyone who has filled the form in can verify it in three seconds.
Overtime columns. OT hours and multiplier on the labor lines — 1.5x and 2x figured into the line total, not penciled in the margin.
Client sign-off. Send the bid for approval; the decision comes back stamped with the exact version the client saw. No archaeology over which PDF got approved.
Rates from the book. Type a role and the Crew Book offers the last rate you paid for it, with the date. Take it or type over it — you bring the rates.
Prints like a document. The PDF is the part the client actually sees. The classic theme prints the form — hairlines, recap, the No. column — not a screenshot.
The chain
The bid is the middle of the chain. The spec frames it, the book prices it, and everything downstream — the estimate, the call sheet, the cash flow — is the bid carried forward.
Start with a workback — free, no account. Bid is part of the Producer plan, with the rest of the chain.
